Spaulding is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a Level 1 Certified Nutrition Professional through Precision Nutrition (PN), and a Level 1 Certified Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics. Ryan also holds a Master’s degree in exercise science, with a focus in strength and conditioning from The George Washington University. What is nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching is a client-centered approach, where a certified nutrition professional empowers clients to achieve measurable goals related to nutrition, health and fitness. As your nutrition coach, I am here not only to listen but to guide you towards accomplishing your goals that will lead to real changes in your health and wellness.
What is strength coaching?
Strength coaching is the term to describe the job of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who applies scientific knowledge to train clients/athletes for the primary goal of improving performance. They conduct testing sessions specific to the needs of the client/athlete, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

I believe in meeting people, hearing their story, and deciding together if being in a client/coaching relationship will benefit the client.
