PAYMENT. Payment is required at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash or credit card. Credit card transactions will be performed via Square. We will send an invoice to you which you can pay via the secure Square online site or the secure Square card reader on a mobile phone.

TERMINATION. Services may be terminated at the discretion of Ryan A. Spaulding if written notification is provided to a client 30 days in advance of final appointment. This will include a listing of referrals for continuity of care.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING OF A SESSION. To cancel or reschedule appointment, please contact us by phone or text. Because our time together is valuable to both our clients and us, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Penalty for improper notice will be a fee covering 50% of the cost of the session.

Because emergencies occur, clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 3 times per year within the 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling time frame provided the client gives us a minimum 3-hour notice (by phone or text). If a client chooses to utilize this option by providing at least a 3-hour notice, that session will not be deducted from the client’s package of purchased services. A session will be deducted if less than a 3-hour notice is given in any case.

Similarly, the same integrity is in effect for us. Should we ever have to cancel or reschedule a session with a client, we will do our best to provide our client with a 24-hour notice. If we cannot provide 24-hour notice, we will not deduct that session from the client’s package of purchased sessions.

NO SHOW/LATE POLICY. Should a client fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation or rescheduling notice, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased services. A 15-minute grace period at the beginning of the scheduled session will be provided for any tardiness. Following this grace period, the client will be deemed a “no show” and the session will be deducted.
