Our initial meeting is always free when clients are looking at our coaching offers. I believe in meeting people, hearing their story, and deciding together if being in a client/coaching relationship will benefit the client. And it’s my hope that after the initial free consultation, we can determine the best way for you to continue with nutrition and/or strength coaching with F.I.T Bytes.

Crash the Kitchen
We may believe our home is full of healthy options, but we need to take a step back and see what we really have on our shelves and how it affects our eating habits. We will examine and discuss common pitfalls in the fridge, freezer, pantry and other areas where food is kept in the home, providing expert advice on how to set you up for success with your nutrition goals.
Learn at Lunch
Confusion can often happen when eating out. When that salad has more fat and calories than a burger, we can become frustrated with our meal options. Poor options lead to poor choices and extra pounds on the scale! We will meet at a local restaurant to learn what healthy options can be found on the menu without losing the flavor we’ve come to expect from our food.
Ever wondered what foods are best for consumption while shopping for groceries? Knowing what foods are ripe versus “bad eats” can lead us to making poor decisions that we’ll regret when we get home. We’ll scan the aisles of your typical grocery store to find out what’s fresh, what’s funky, and what should stay out of your cart!
Fun with Food Science
Looking to take your food preparation know-how to the next level? Or just wanting to try something new at home that you’ve seen on your favorite food show? We will break down recipes and build upon food science to concoct culinary fare that will have you filling your belly with delicious food and your brain with food knowledge!
Struggling with starting your lifelong journey towards nutritional lifestyle modification? We all need someone to help us with examining our current behaviors and how they can be modified in practical ways that lead to positive results! We will sit down together to discuss what you’ve done in the past, what you’re doing now, and what you can do in the future to form healthy behaviors that lead to a healthy you!
Need that extra motivation and accountability to make sure you achieve your goals? Working with a certified strength and conditioning specialist will help you achieve your specific goal! Shedding pounds, toning up, increasing strength and flexibility, or improving speed and agility – whether you’re just starting on your health and fitness journey or want to improve athletic performance, we will personalize workouts just for you! Minimum age: 15 years old
Want to work with a personal trainer but prefer a partner (or two) with your workout session? Not everyone likes to work one-on-one but needs someone else to push them while exercising and building up a sweat. We can accommodate couples, friends, family, or even pair you with someone with the same motivation as you! Minimum age: 15 years old.
We don’t plan to fail, but too often we fail to plan! By having a calendar of workouts and weekly reminders, we will set you up for success with your exercise regimen. Achieving your goals is difficult when done alone, but with our support you’ll have someone in your corner who wants to see you succeed!
Staying on the healthy path can be hard when you’re on the go, so let us be that voice (or video!) guiding you when you’re away from home. Or maybe you’re not in the Rockville, Maryland area but you would like to partake in our food, instruction, and training services. Whether it’s chatting on the phone or engaging with you “face-to-face” by way of your favorite method of video conferencing (Skype, FaceTime, etc.), we can provide coaching for your nutrition and exercise needs!
Individual Spinning® Indoor Cycling Class
Finding an open bike with space to breathe. Taking a class in the dark with music you don’t particularly care for. Feeling pressured by the instructor to pedal ‘til you pass out! Wish you could take an indoor cycling class and not deal with these issues? As a Level 1 Certified Spinning Instructor, I can take you through a 30-, 45- or 60-minute individual indoor cycling class based on what you like, without the stuff you don’t!
